What is Wrap It Up Raw

Wrap It Up Raw makes raw, dehydrated vegetable wraps, produced in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. The wraps are gluten-free, vegan, and organic, made from 10 real, recognizable ingredients — not the 20–35 additives found in many gluten-free wrap alternatives.

Ingredients

Organic carrots, ground flax seed, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

What "Raw" and "Dehydrated" mean

The wraps are never baked or heated above 118°F / 48°C, which preserves enzymes and nutrients that break down under conventional cooking or baking temperatures.

Shelf life and storage

14 days fresh, 3 weeks refrigerated, 6 months frozen. Recommended: freeze on day 1, then defrost a single wrap in the time it takes to prepare toppings.
