For comparison, conventional wheat wraps contain roughly 1–2g fibre per wrap. 12g is more fibre than a cup of cooked lentils.

What "Raw" and "Dehydrated" mean
The wraps are never baked or heated above 118°F / 48°C, which preserves enzymes and nutrients that break down under conventional cooking or baking temperatures.
Shelf life and storage
14 days fresh, 3 weeks refrigerated, 6 months frozen. Recommended: freeze on day 1, then defrost a single wrap in the time it takes to prepare toppings. The wraps do not stick together when frozen, so single wraps can be taken from the bag as needed.
