Ingredients

1 CupPumpkin seeds
2 TbspFresh dill - finely chopped
1 TspGround coriander
2 TspCumin
8Sun-dried tomato halves - soaked and chopped
3 TbspFresh coriander (cilantro)
1 CloveGarlic
2Shallots
1/4 cupOlives - stones removed
2 TbspTahini
2 TspOregano
1 PinchCayenne
1 PinchPepper
1/2 TspSalt
1 TbspLemon juice
1 PackageWrap It Up Raw wraps

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined.
  2. Form into 10 evenly-sized balls and dehydrate on the mesh tray for anywhere between 2 and 10 hours, depending on how much time you have and how dry you want the, Even after 10 hours you should find they’ll still be moist inside.
  3. Place falafels on Wrap It Up ~ Raw wraps, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
