Values
We’re in the business to help you make the Nutrition Connection between what you eat and how you feel.
Our Core Values
Integrity & Quality: We have made an uncompromising commitment to using only the freshest, high-quality organic ingredients. Our wraps are dehydrated and never baked to ensure maximum nutrition. We dehydrate our wraps at temperatures below 118 degrees to conserve all of the nourishing enzymes that are naturally found in raw foods.
Made Locally: Our wraps are made locally in St. Catharines, Ontario.
Sustainability: All vegetable scraps are brought to local farms for the animals to enjoy and all ingredients are grown organically.
Education: Informing people on the Nutrition Connection and the benefits of our ingredients is a true passion and motivator in our lives here at Wrap It Up Raw. We strive to educate as many people as possible in order to help them lead healthier, and happier lives.

- Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
What’s so Great about Fibre?
Soluble fibre soaks up water in your intestines and creates a slow-moving gel that slows down the emptying of the stomach. This allows your body to absorb more nutrients, lower blood glucose levels, and making you feel full for longer.
Flax is particularly high in soluble fibre. A 1/4-cup serving of ground flax seeds contains about 2.5 grams of soluble fibre.
Insoluble Fibre comes from the cell walls of plants. It makes your stool both softer and more bulky by binding water, helping it move through your digestive tract more quickly. This limits your risk for diverticulosis, hemorrhoids and constipation.
A 1/4-cup serving of ground flax seed contains about 5.1 grams of insoluble fibre.
Health Benefits
Lower Cholesterol
Soluble fibre binds with low-density lipoprotein, or LDL cholesterol, in your gut, carrying the bad cholesterol out with your stool.
Lower Blood Pressure
Since soluble fibre can help get rid of excessive cholesterol in your blood, it also plays a role in lowering blood pressure and keeping your heart healthy.
Stabilize Blood Sugar
Soluble fibre from carrots stabilizes your blood glucose levels. Soluble fibre slows the absorption of sugar through intestinal walls so your blood sugar is less likely to suddenly spike.
